3. Choose Calculate Difference to see the number of calendar days between them.

How are the days counted?

This calculator reports the absolute difference between the two dates. The start and end dates themselves are not both counted as additional days; the result is the number of date changes between them. For example, the difference between 1 March and 2 March is one day.

If you need an inclusive count for a booking, legal deadline or project plan, you may need to add one day, depending on the rules that apply to your situation. Check official instructions for deadline calculations.
